With his knowledge, diverse business experience and global exposure, Guljit plays a vital role in the management of SKP Group, keeping in mind our rapid growth and future expansion plans. He has known SKP for over nine years, first as a client and since 2013, as a Senior Global Adviser.
His key role involves enabling SKP to develop into a truly global organisation, providing the necessary leadership and guidance in developing strategies, and providing a governance model based on human values to become an employer of choice with a continued focus on customer satisfaction. Educated in the US and India, Guljit has over 42 years of successful global business experience and has worked in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific and has travelled extensively to all parts of the world.
He has played a major role in global outsourcing and has set up several large entities/businesses in the US, Europe and Asia. One of his major undertakings, a greenfield project, was the development/set-up of a manufacturing base of a world-class medical device operation in north India for a US corporation in record time. An engineer and manager by training, Guljit has extensive experience in all aspects of running a global business. In his earlier years, he led the building and development of large and complex automated manufacturing pieces of machinery in the US to produce medical devices for global distribution.
Chief Operating Officer
Srikant Jilla, is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SKP Group. Srikant joined the firm in 1987 as a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant and within a year was promoted to a Partner.
During his 30 plus years of service at SKP Group, he has held multiple leadership positions including heading the assurance practice, one of the oldest and large practices at SKP. Several members of the current leadership team in our organisation have been trained, coached and mentored by Srikant.
He has been a pillar of strength for SKP and a core member in the growth story of the firm from 40+ associates in 1987 and two locations, to our current strength of over 1000 associates with multiple locations, practice lines and functions.
Srikant is also a Member, Group Management Committee / Board of Directors of SKP Group of companies focused on driving the firm’s strategic direction along with other board members and is responsible for building the organisation to the next level of growth. As a Chief Operating Officer, Srikant provides firm-wide leadership, management and vision, and helps guide SKP in the execution of growth-focused strategies.

Ramesh is presently on the managerial Board at SKP. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 and ranked eleventh at an all India level. He also won the Shapoorji Billimoria Award for the best paper in Advanced Accounting and Financial Management. Thereafter, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Bombay University and also cleared the Company Secretary exams..
He has over 30 years of varied experience right from heading the tax practice at SKP to working as Director of the Real Estate and Infrastructure vertical with one of the Big Four Companies and was also the worldwide CEO of KGK Jewelers.
Ramesh has conducted various trainings at the National Institute of Direct Taxes. Besides being on SKP’s Board, he also runs his own real estate development business.

Mark Shircel is a seasoned global human resources professional with over 30 years of experience across various industries including Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare and Food Processing. He has overseen various HR initiatives in M&A, Greenfield, and Restructuring. Mark has experience across all facets of human resources in North America, Europe, and APAC regions.
Senior Business Adviser
Ravindranath (Ravi) Menon has extensive international experience in regions like India, ASEAN, Greater China, Korea and the Middle East in the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer-product industries. He has successfully established business start-ups and has driven growth in more developed areas. Ravi has a proven and effective leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have enabled him to build, lead and motivate high performing teams across diverse cultures. He has also successfully built and managed complex relationships with joint venture business partners in India and Korea. Being involved in direct operations as well as in strategic roles of overseeing different businesses, Ravi brings a deeper perspective to his role of advising clients in the healthcare and FMCG industries.

Samuel Brilliant is an accomplished global financial leader with over 46 years of experience, 42 years of them in the Healthcare industry. He has held CFO and VP level positions (both Strategic & Finance) at some of the major Global US corporations namely, Hollister Incorporated, Baxter International, American Hospital Supply Corporation, Applied Immune Sciences Incorporated, and Walt Disney Company.
Kartik leads strategic initiatives for the business line with the vision of continually striving to improve value creation for a more extensive client portfolio. He strongly believes in cross-functional collaboration within the firm to best employ these immense capabilities within finance, contract management, analytics, process management and improvement, change management, and risk management.
With rich and diverse experience from his leadership roles with organizations like HCL, WNS, Aviva, Avaya, and WPP, Kartik has significantly bolstered the team’s capabilities. He has successfully turned around global captive and shared services operations, accelerated revenue, and delivered ROI to the stakeholders in the IT, BPO, Media, and Insurance industry verticals. Kartik has held multiple Country Head positions, and has been responsible for Operations, Services, Finance, Sales, HR, Admin, IT, and Automation. He has led global innovation initiatives, including the set up of innovation labs, digital technologies, and an India-based COE.
Kartik holds a BSc in Electronics and an MBA from Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business. Driven to stay ahead of industry developments, he has also pursued management development from leading institutes like the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM C) and INSEAD.
Resonating his keen interest in business improvement through digital innovations, he has contributed to industry thought leadership around ‘the future of Digital Transformation’, by speaking at forums organized by NASSCOM, CII, and Deloitte among others.
Deputy Managing Director
As the Deputy Managing Director – Business Process Management (BPM), Darius leads the BPM services at Nexdigm (SKP). He aims to build service capabilities and enhance innovation by integrating processes, knowledge of business functions, and technology to improve the customer experience of our esteemed clientele. Darius plays a central role in driving our vision of ‘Making the BPM practice an industry leader that provides innovative, integrated solutions to clients globally.’
Darius holds over 19 years of diverse experience in Capital Market Operations; he has expertise in driving client value propositions through risk assessments, process efficiency enhancements through LEAN, robotics, analytics, visualization, and operating model redesign. He has worked extensively with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders across the US, European, and Asian markets.
From a strategic perspective, Darius plays a pivotal role in creating the right ecosystem to enhance our Business Services offerings, with a multi-disciplinary team capable of facilitating our clients’ long-term growth.
Darius holds extensive experience in implementing automation and digital transformation projects for a vast portfolio of clients. He has delivered considerable cost and efficiency impact for clients in specialized process-driven, high-precision projects with organizations like Cognizant, Deloitte Consulting, eClerx Services, and Selectica Inc. In his last role, he was leading a team of over 700 associates, working across a multi-million dollar client portfolio.
Darius holds an MBA in Marketing and Technology from the prestigious Indian School of Business Hyderabad and is an Electrical Engineer from Government College of Engineering, Pune.
On a personal front, Darius enjoys traveling and going for long drives in the countryside with his family.
Senior Executive Director
Alpana heads operations of the Business Process Management practice at Nexdigm (SKP). She leads a team of accounting professionals and attorneys that provide finance and accounting and contract management services to our clients.
She specializes in assessing and understanding client needs across cultures, geographies, and industries, designing customized transition plans and implementing them, handholding the project through hypercare to steady-state, and then guiding continuous improvement efforts. Building strong and lasting client relationships is core to her role.
Her passion is in organization development, including leading improvement projects and investing in the growth of our people. She has been pivotal in setting up the 'Learning and Development' function for BPM at Nexdigm (SKP). She set up the training center to help post-graduates fresh out of college to become corporate ready. For several years, she also led an in-house team of IT professionals who provide technology solutions to the firm.
Since the time she joined the organization in 2006, she has been exposed to every aspect of the business and has been an integral part of the organization's maturing to its current position as a delivery partner trusted by its clients.
Alpana frequently contributes to industry thought leadership, as a speaker at a range of forums, across her areas of expertise, including business and digital transformation, business process and continuity management, and set up and operational management of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
A Commerce graduate, Alpana qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. She is also a CPA from the Georgia State board of accountancy.
Sandeep leads the Sales function for the Business Services vertical at Nexdigm (SKP). He regularly engages with our diverse clientele, including a number of Fortune 500 companies, across client onboarding, delivery assurance, quality and performance management, exceptions management, and ongoing business support. He acts as the first port of call for clients, helping identify, assess, and address their emerging requirements.
Sandeep specializes in dealing with dynamic situations and changing business needs. He has been instrumental in forging deeper relationships with clients, using his partnering approach to delivery and process improvements.
With strong technical and practical knowledge of global business dynamics, Sandeep brings an innate ability to interact with senior client stakeholders and co-create solutions by leveraging smart technology, process clarity, and domain knowledge. He drives client value propositions using comprehensive risk assessment and process efficiency frameworks, using technology as a catalyst.
A home-grown leader, Sandeep has worked with multiple operational and leadership roles within Nexdigm’s BPM practice. In his last role, he led a team of over 350 professionals across Finance, Accounting, Contract Management, Global Capability Center Management, and Commercial Operations Management. Since he joined in 2007, he has been instrumental in growing and developing the F&A service line holistically.
In his tenure at Nexdigm, Sandeep has invested considerably in talent development and partner management. His ability to create a learning environment for team members has enabled him to consistently deliver client requirements and exceed expectations. He has worked with and trained a number of current leaders across services and guides the problem-solving process for multiple teams.
Sandeep qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. He is currently based in Pune, and he enjoys playing table tennis in his spare time.
Global Sales and Marketing
Vice President – North America Sales & Marketing
Nimish heads the North America Sales and Marketing for SKP. With SKP’s global strategy of developing the North American market, he helps in building business relationships, fostering client engagement and creating visibility for the group in the region. He also heads the global sales for SKP’s BPM practice and mentors the Corporate Services practice which helps multinational clients set-up in India and provides compliance management for their Indian entities.
He has played a significant role in building the Business Process Management practice. He has engaged with many multinational clients, including Fortune 500 Companies and successfully headed the transition and migration of their processes to SKP’s delivery center. He has worked closely with clients to ensure their objective of outsourcing operations were met during their engagement and led multiple initiatives to improve client processes and bring in efficiencies.
As the former head of both the Information Technology and Automation teams at SKP, he was instrumental in bringing dramatic efficiencies and redefining how rule-based, repetitive tasks are performed. He successfully led the certification of SKP’s information security management system under ISO 27001.
Before SKP, Nimish had worked extensively on the business development of the digital signature and networking products of a US-based IT firm. He had set-up an international business partner network in various locations including the UK, US, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East for that firm. Also, he was responsible for bringing in government organizations as clients, including those in the UK, US, and India. He defined and implemented comprehensive marketing programs, including activities at international trade shows.
He is a past member of the American Group of Businesses, a consortium of Indian subsidiaries of USbased software companies, and was also the past president of the Software Exporters Association of Pune, India.
Vice President - Global Marketing
Manoj heads the Marketing and Communication teams at SKP and is responsible for the Group’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives. He supports the various practices at SKP in maximising visibility and demand for their services, providing insights into how to effectively go to market. While focusing on brand building, he is constantly working towards developing strong relationships and expanding the Group’s network. He plays a lead role in connecting the practices with prospects and clients, helping them find tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Manoj has over 20 years of experience in cross-border business. He has handled numerous business consulting assignments, providing pertinent investment guidance and advisory to global companies planning on setting up greenfield businesses in India. He has been instrumental in building relationships with companies from USA, UK, Germany and Japan, and has also helped several businesses with their international expansion plans.
Manoj is the Chairperson of Nexia International’s Business Group for Global Expansion and Financial Outsourcing. He is also listed as a Certified Expert in Switzerland Global Enterprise’s pool of experts. With extensive knowledge across diverse industries, he regularly speaks at various forums in India and abroad.
